Career Coaching in Brighton for women who feel stuck or unfulfilled

If you’re looking for career coaching in Brighton, I help women who feel stuck, unsure or unfulfilled in their work to find a direction that actually fits their life — and take confident steps towards it.

Do any of these sound familiar?

“Maybe it’s too late for me to change careers?”

“I feel stuck in a job that doesn’t feel like me anymore”

“I don’t know what I’m passionate about — or if I even have one”

“I struggle with confidence and keep second-guessing myself”

“I want to do something meaningful, not just get through the week”

“I wish I’d been braver and taken more chances”

“Maybe I should just accept this is how it is“

If that sounds like you, you’re in the right place.

How career coaching can help

Through 1:1 career coaching in Brighton, I support you to:

  • get clear on what you truly want from your work and life

  • identify career paths or business ideas that fit who you are

  • overcome self-doubt and negative thinking

  • create a realistic, achievable action plan

  • set boundaries and protect your time and energy

  • move away from burnout and towards a more balanced life

This isn’t about quick fixes.

It’s about creating lasting, meaningful change.

My approach to career coaching

I know how this feels, because I’ve been there too.

After years in the corporate world, I experienced burnout and that sense of being in the wrong place — like a square peg in a round hole. I knew I wanted something more fulfilling, but I didn’t know how to get there.

Working with a coach helped me understand my strengths, rebuild my confidence and see new possibilities.

Now, as a career coach in Brighton, I bring that experience into my work — combining career coaching, psychology and practical tools to support you through your own transition.

What it’s like to work together

I work with clients through my structured career coaching programme, Firework.

This typically includes 12 sessions, delivered weekly or fortnightly depending on your schedule.

We move through three phases:

Explore

We get clear on who you are, what matters to you and what you want from your work and life.

Dream

We explore new career possibilities that align with your strengths, values and lifestyle.

Discover

You choose the right direction and create a clear, practical plan to move forward.
