Many organisations lose talented people at the very moments they can least afford to, when someone becomes a parent, changes role, returns from leave, or hits a major career crossroads. Confidence drops, identity shifts, and what was once a high performer quietly becomes a retention risk.

This is the space I work in.

I am an AC-accredited Executive Coach with over ten years of experience working inside high-pressure, fast-paced environments.

Having spent my early career in advertising, TV production and journalism, I understand the psychological and cultural realities of performance driven workplaces where people are expected to stay effective while everything else in their lives is changing.

I support organisations to retain, re-engage and develop professionals and leaders through periods of career and life transition, particularly working parents and those navigating return to work, promotion, redundancy or role change.

My corporate coaching combines strengths-based approaches, positive psychology and counselling skills to help people think clearly, make confident decisions and stay engaged with their work during periods of uncertainty.

Signature 6 week course

My 6-week coaching programme helps employees reconnect with what truly energises and motivates them at work.

Through a structured, strengths-based process, participants gain clarity on their natural talents, work preferences, and personal drivers, and learn how to align these with their current role.

Designed specifically for organisations, the programme keeps career conversations focused internally, helping teams feel supported, valued, and better equipped to contribute — all while strengthening engagement and retention.

1:1 Coaching

As a qualified parental transition coach and working mum of two, I understand both the professional and personal shifts that come with becoming a parent.

My 1:1 Parental Transition Coaching service helps organisations retain and re-engage talented employees as they navigate parental leave and return to work.

Through strengths-based, 1:1 coaching, I support parents to rebuild confidence, manage identity shifts, and reconnect with their value at work, reducing disengagement and increasing motivation at a critical career moment.

WHY WORK WITH ME?
