Career Coaching for women in Brighton and across the UK

If you're feeling stuck, unfulfilled or unsure what's next in your career, you're not alone.

I provide career coaching for women in Brighton and across the UK who are navigating career change, returning to work after maternity leave, questioning whether their current role still fits, or simply feeling ready for something different.

Together, we'll create the space to understand what's really going on, explore new possibilities and build the confidence to move forward.

I work with women at many different stages of their careers, including those considering a career change, returning to work after maternity leave, navigating a midlife career transition or struggling with confidence at work. Coaching helps you understand what's changed, explore your options and move forward with greater confidence.

Do any of these sound familiar?

"Maybe it's too late for me to change careers."

"I feel stuck in a job that doesn't feel like me anymore."

"I've worked hard to build my career, but I'm not sure I want it anymore.”

"Returning to work after having children has made me question everything."

"I've lost confidence in myself and keep second-guessing my decisions."

"I want work to feel meaningful again."

"I know something needs to change, but I don't know where to start."

If that sounds like you, you’re in the right place.

Career coaching for women navigating change

Many of the women I work with are experiencing a significant transition.

You might be:

* considering a career change

* returning to work after maternity leave

* navigating a midlife career transition

* recovering from burnout

* feeling disconnected from work that once suited you

* trying to balance ambition, family life and personal fulfilment

These moments can feel confusing, but they can also be an opportunity to create a career that fits who you are now, not who you were ten years ago.

For some women, these questions emerge during a significant life transition or in midlife, when priorities, values and ambitions can shift. If that's something you're experiencing, you may find my article on midlife career change helpful:

My approach to career coaching

I know how this feels, because I’ve been there too.

After years in the corporate world, I experienced burnout and that sense of being in the wrong place — like a square peg in a round hole. I knew I wanted something more fulfilling, but I didn’t know how to get there.

Working with a coach helped me understand my strengths, rebuild my confidence and see new possibilities.

Now, as a career coach in Brighton, I bring that experience into my work — combining career coaching, psychology and practical tools to support women navigating career change, parental transitions, confidence challenges and major life changes.

What it’s like to work together

If you're wondering what career coaching actually involves, I've written more about what a career coach does and how the process works.

I work with clients through my structured career coaching programme, Firework.

This typically includes 12 sessions, delivered weekly or fortnightly depending on your schedule.

We move through three phases:

Explore

We get clear on who you are, what matters to you and what you want from your work and life.

Dream

We explore new career possibilities that align with your strengths, values and lifestyle.

Discover

You choose the right direction and create a clear, practical plan to move forward.

Can career coaching help if I don't know what I want to do?

Absolutely. Most people come to coaching because they feel uncertain about what's next. Together we'll explore your strengths, values and motivations to help you identify options that fit your life.

Do you work with clients outside Brighton?

Yes. While I'm based in Brighton, I work with clients across the UK via Google Meet.

Is career coaching only for people changing careers?

Do you work with women returning from maternity leave?

Is career coaching worth it?

No. Some clients decide to change careers, while others find ways to make their current role more fulfilling.

Yes. Many of my clients come to coaching after returning from maternity leave and finding that their relationship with work has changed. Some feel less motivated by the career path they were previously pursuing, while others are questioning whether their current role still fits with their priorities and family life.
